* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre/s in line with company policies and procedures.
* Create lasting connections with your local community through partnerships with families and marketing strategies.
* Mentor and support the centre/s to meet/exceed National Quality Standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Essential:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
* Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
