Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Event Administration Assistant to join our team. As the primary point of contact for administrative tasks related to events, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless execution.

* Maintain systems and procedures for administrative and database tasks related to event management, developing reports as needed.



Key Responsibilities


* Promote efficient operation by supporting the Head of Catering and Events with financial processing including generating invoices, monitoring forecasting.


Tech Requirements:
* Familiarity with database software and reporting tools is essential.
