This position will play a key role in strengthening statewide awareness, understanding and uptake of PQKF services, with a particular focus on Connecting2u. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, program visibility, and coordinated support to HHS and other relevant partners, ensuring consistent and accessible messaging across Queensland.
About The Team
The Putting Queensland Kids First statewide support team brings together a diverse range of clinical and professional experience and engagement functions to deliver high-quality, integrated and consistent early years health services across the state. The team is responsible for:
* Statewide Leadership in Clinical Governance, Workforce Planning, and Networked Care
* Statewide Leadership in Clinical Training and Development
* Statewide Systems Leadership in Community Digital Solutions Design
About The Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include the following:
* Create and implement a broad range of stakeholder engagement plans and awareness campaigns promoting Connecting2u and PQKF's community-based statewide services.
* Support PQKF program teams and HHSs to develop shared messaging, joint advocacy and awareness raising materials and coordinated initiatives.
* Develop clear, accessible program information materials for various communication platforms and channels.
* Maintain SharePoint pages and distribution lists to support effective information flow across PQKF and partners.
* Monitor and evaluate marketing and engagement activities, prepare reports and contribute to performance reporting.
* Contribute to the development annual calendars of engagement and program information activities.
* Work with the team to develop newsletters, capability statements, project updates, and annual reports.
