The Role:

* Partner closely with the founders and executive team to align people initiatives with business goals
* Design scalable systems, processes, and programs to support national growth
* Build and embed a strong, values-driven culture across all teams and locations
* Develop leadership capability, talent pipelines, and succession strategies
* Elevate employer branding and drive innovative talent attraction campaigns
