The Opportunity
* We’re seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role will ensure smooth execution and successful delivery while maintaining our standards of excellence.Working closely with the project team subcontractors and suppliers you will be instrumental in maintaining project documentation processing variations and ensuring contractual obligations are met.Experience will be valued and you’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your work with confidence and clarity. -----------------------------------

Maintaining timely procurement processes purchase orders subcontractor engagement tender comparisonsPreparing assessing contract correspondenceTracking project budgets forecasts cashflow reporting with precisionCollaborating with consultants clients project managers keeping projects moving ensuring compliance quality contract deliveryAssist with rollout training Procore system -----------------------------------
About You
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management Engineering Surveying related discipline or equivalent industry experience5+ years Contract Administration experience within Construction industryStrong knowledge construction methods Australian contract lawAdvanced computer literacy proficiency contract administration software tools essentialStrong negotiation mediation skillsAbility work pressure meet deadlinesDetail-oriented communication problem-solving skillsProficiency Procore Microsoft Excel highly regardedAdditional qualifications law – desirable -----------------------------------
