We are seeking a Direct Sales Coordinator - Television to join the Brisbane office's market-leading Direct Sales Team.
Our Coordinators are natural organizers supporting a team of high-performing Sales Executives. Reporting to the Group Business Director, your main focus will be to handle administrative tasks and deliver excellent operational support promptly.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing sales support pipeline with attention to detail & punctuality
2. Building and maintaining relationships across departments
3. Nurturing client relationships
4. Collaborating with Sales Executives on proposals and solutions
5. Identifying revenue growth opportunities
6. Having a love for Nine and its programming is essential; regular viewing and subscription to 9Now are encouraged.
Experience is preferred but not essential. You will enjoy working in a close-knit, high-performing team and will support sales professionals in proposal creation, bookings, campaign delivery, and reporting.
Key competencies include:
1. Excellent customer service and communication skills
2. Professional presentation
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
5. Experience with internal systems like Salesforce, Google Suite
6. Ability to work collaboratively or independently in a fast-paced environment
