Role Responsibilities:
As the first point of call for our clients and their supports, we are looking for a personable and considerate employee that shows empathy and respect for our client base.
- Answering incoming calls to place client product orders
- Delivering timely email responses
- Liaising with clients and their supports
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to learn and adapt to our internal logistics software program
- Processing of Supplier invoices to purchase orders
- Creating delivery run sheet for our drivers in dispatch
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent customer service experience in an office/warehouse setting
- Experience gained within disability sector and/or NDIS knowledge an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to creative positive client interactions
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Respectful and considerate to our team and clients needs
- Articulate and attention to details a must
