Overview
The role will oversee environmental projects, including impact assessments and conservation engagements. You will collaborate with senior ecologists and other consultants in the field and office, conduct field research, surveys, data collation, reporting, and communicate with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Oversee environmental project deliverables and quality standards.
* Assist in defining project scope and technical approaches.
* Conduct field surveys, botanical assessments and data reporting.
* Collaborate with the team to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant field.
* Field assessment experience in botanical surveys, flora and fauna identification, Plant Community Type (PCT) mapping and threatened species surveys per NSW BAM.
* Experience with GIS software.
* Ability to travel for field work and access to a reliable 4WD.
* Strong interpersonal skills and client‐facing experience.
