Location: North Coast region, NSW – all centres are located within the NSW North Coast region
Salary Range: Senior Educators – ranging from $39.85 p/hr to $45.25 p/hr + superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Your Impact!
As a Senior Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programmes on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
* Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational programme.
* Utilise and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high‐quality education programme and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader.
* Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures and Requirements.
* Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.
Qualifications
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
* Seek and share best‐practice examples to improve the education programme.
