Your new role within a commercial building and maintenance company will be to lead and support the contracts, quotes and tenders department. This is an office-based position supported by a collaborative and engaging work environment.
Key responsibilities include analysing project requirements, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all estimates are completed on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will require:
* At least 5 years' experience as an estimator in the Commercial Construction, Trades or Maintenance industry
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant estimating systems (e.g., Procore, Cubit/Buildsoft, CostX, Revit)
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred)
* A trade background (preferred)
