Hotel Food and Beverage Service Expert
We are seeking a part-time food and beverage attendant to join our team, providing exceptional service to guests in their hotel rooms.
The ideal candidate will have strong bar skills and previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant or bar. They will also possess the physical ability to lift, push and pull objects weighing up to 23 kg, as well as good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests warmly and provide inspired recommendations to enhance their in-room dining experience.
* Ensure seamless and efficient service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages directly to guests' rooms.
* Set up and pack down the venue/outlet as required.
* Manage inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
Requirements:
* Experience and knowledge of strong bar skills and previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant or bar is preferred.
* The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* The flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) & Food Safety Certificate.
* The unrestricted right to work in Australia.
