About the Role
This Co-working Reception Manager position involves owning customer experience and operations in your centre. You will be the daily point of contact in one of our business centres and an integral part of delivering the best customer experience.
Key responsibilities include building effective relationships with new and existing customers, working as part of a team to provide a seamless customer journey, and creating exceptional experiences every interaction.
