What you'll do:
- Collaborate with new clients to understand their needs and ensure seamless onboarding, including documenting business requirements, initial setup and configuration, and providing comprehensive training.
- Oversee the full implementation of Tax Automate, ensuring timely completion of client-specific configurations and customizations with minimal operational disruption.
- Preparing and replicating tax provisions, including current and deferred tax calculations, for the implementation and operation of Tax Automate, ensuring accuracy and technical correctness with input from subject matter experts while interpreting clients’ raw financial data.
- Identify and propose improvements in the implementation process, collaborating with teams to execute these enhancements.
- Foster strong client relationships by serving as the main contact for implementation-related inquiries, addressing issues and questions that arise.
What we're looking for:
- Track record in product implementation or a related role, ideally in software development, leading teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong technical skills for understanding and configuring software solutions, with preferred experience in tax compliance or accounting software.
- Solid grasp of financial accounting principles, experience with financial statements, and skill in basic tax effect accounting calculations.
- Client-oriented approach, proficient in building and sustaining strong client relationships.
- Proficient problem solver, capable of quickly identifying and addressing issues for smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.
