The role of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead is to facilitate a positive workplace experience for team members from diverse backgrounds across the organisation and contribute to building an inclusive workplace culture.
* Develop strategies that reflect the organisation's values with regard to recruitment, retention, inclusion, engagement and development of key target groups.
* Oversee the workforce inclusion framework ensuring cooperation collaboration and consultation around action areas such as gender diversity disability Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander LGBTIQA+ communities cultural diversity
