About the Role
DemoEx is seeking experienced Demolition and Strip-Out Labourers to join our growing team in Wollongong, NSW. This hands-on role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial demolition projects. After a probation period, full-time employment may be offered to suitable candidates.

What You'll Be Doing
* Carefully removing fixtures, fittings, and building materials during strip-outs
* Operating demolition tools and equipment safely and effectively
* Sorting and separating waste for recycling and disposal
* Keeping work areas clean and organised
* Following all site safety procedures
* Assisting the broader team with general demolition tasks

What We're Looking For
* Previous demolition or strip-out labouring experience
* Minimum 6-12 months of demolition or strip-out experience required
* Physically fit with solid manual handling skills
* Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
* Strong commitment to safety and site protocols
* Construction industry experience and valid White Card
* Minimum 1+ years of construction industry experience required
* Must have a current Driver's Licence – applicants without a licence will not be considered
* Highly regarded (but not essential):
* Asbestos Removal Licence
* Demolition Worker's Ticket
* Working at Heights Ticket
* MR or HR Driver's Licence
* Must have Australian work rights
