We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to join our team in a senior retirement village. As a seasoned sales consultant, you will provide a superior customer experience to clients throughout the purchasing and selling journey of our homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized sales support to residents and their families during the sales process.
* Manage the sale of newly developed stages and resale units within the village.
* Liaise with outgoing residents or their representatives to ensure properties are listed accurately for sale.
* Report on monthly reappraisals of available stock, presentation, and pricing.
* Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
