As an ever-expanding company, we are looking for a service receptionist/administrator to join our team at either our Wallan or Kilmore store.
As the first point of contact, we are looking for enthusiasm & professional interaction with our valued customers.
Primary duties will include customer service in person, over the phone and/or through social media. Invoicing & assisting other team members with administrative duties.
Automotive industry experience is not essential, as full training will be provided to the right applicant.
This role is a full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Applicants will ideally meet the following criteria:
· Possess a drivers licence and reliable transport
· Be well presented, enthusiastic, reliable with a good attendance record
· Be motivated with a positive attitude
· Ability to follow instructions
· Commitment to deliver high standards of customer service
· A confident and happy phone manner
· High attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritise duties
· Sound computer skills
· Shows initiative
In this role you will be responsible for:
· Meeting and greeting customers in a positive way
· Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls
· Entering customer and supplier invoices
· Directing messages and enquiries as appropriate
· Locating, ordering and checking of parts
· Assisting staff members with admin work as needed
Social media advertising
Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience displayed by the successful candidate.
