We are seeking a driven and focused Mortgage Broker to join our Darwin based team.

The Role
You will be responsible for working with both provided leads and self sourced leads, helping clients secure suitable home loan and finance solutions. You will be expected to manage client relationships professionally, follow up opportunities, build referral networks and convert enquiries into settled loans.
This role will suit someone who is motivated, commercially minded and prepared to put in the work required to build a successful book of clients.

We are looking for someone who is:
Motivated, professional and highly organised
Comfortable working with both warm leads and self generated business
Confident speaking with clients, referral partners and local businesses
Focused on delivering excellent customer service
Willing to learn from an experienced broker and national support team
Committed to building a long term career in mortgage broking
Previous mortgage broking experience is preferred, but we are open to speaking with the right person who has strong sales, finance, banking or customer relationship experience.
