Job Description
We are seeking a proven Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne, working alongside a group of highly skilled specialists.
In this key role, you’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of clients across Australia and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co‑create innovative solutions that help shape the future. You will have the opportunity to work across a range of sectors including Defence, Social Infrastructure, Transport, Energy and Water.
Responsibilities
* Support clients and manage relationships with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
* Deliver complex projects and programmes ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines and specifications.
* Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements.
* Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams – coordinating specialists to deliver high‑impact results.
Qualifications
* A strong foundation in project management, with a genuine interest in projects that create real‑world impact.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, architecture, construction management or a related discipline, with at least three years’ experience across construction, infrastructure or resources.
* Proven client‑side experience across multiple sectors, with the ability to manage stakeholders, priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments.
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills, with experience in consulting, construction or professional services highly regarded.
