About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to join our team as Service Manager – South (Rockingham and Armadale). This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery, development, and continuous improvement of programs responding to child sexual abuse, family domestic violence and children impacted by trauma. The Multi Agency Investigation and Support Team (MIST) delivers integrated services to survivors, combining trauma-informed, response recovery support, with a long-term therapeutic care program. MIST provides a response where the child and family are central, and their needs are supported through different stages of treatment and recovery
You'll ensure services are personalised, culturally responsive, and place-based, while leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes. With oversight of financial, operational, and quality performance, you'll drive compliance, service excellence, and innovation across your portfolio.
As a key leader, you'll foster strong internal and external partnerships, contribute to new service development, and promote a positive, child-centred team culture that supports continuous improvement and collaboration.

You'll have:
* Relevant 4-year tertiary qualification in Social Sciences, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Human Services, Community Development, or a closely related field. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or management role overseeing service delivery within community services, child protection, out-of-home care, or a related sector. Demonstrated experience managing operational budgets and leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring services are delivered effectively, sustainably, and in line with organisational priorities.
* Experience working with a wide range of children, young people and their families impacted by trauma and adverse life events.
