Operations Leadership Opportunity
This role oversees Board and Committee management, financial planning, IT, human resources, general administration, risk compliance, WHS, culture building, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive strategic initiatives, and communicate the organization's value to its partners and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Board and Committee Operations Management: Ensure effective governance, decision-making, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgets, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• IT and Communications: Oversee technology infrastructure, communications, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Human Resources and General Administration: Manage HR functions, general administration, and provide support to the executive team.
• Risk Compliance and WHS: Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a safe working environment.
• Culture Building and Team Leadership: Foster a positive organizational culture, lead high-performing teams, and drive employee engagement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate the organization's value to its partners, stakeholders, and the broader community.
