Job Advertisement – Junior HR / Administration Support (Hybrid – Australia)

Part‑Time Contract

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Junior HR/Admin Support team member to join our growing organization. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys variety, learning, and supporting a team that makes a real difference in the disability services sector.

About the Role

You’ll provide day‑to‑day HR and administrative support to our State Manager, Team Leaders, and external HR advisory service. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who is proactive, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing tasks independently.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Assisting with recruitment tasks: posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews

* Supporting onboarding and maintaining employee records

* Liaising with Peninsula HR for documentation and follow‑up actions

* Attending disciplinary or performance meetings to take accurate notes

* Assisting with staff communication and distributing HR updates

* Helping with timesheet collection, checking, and approvals

* Maintaining digital filing systems and compliance documentation

* Providing general administrative support to the management team

What We’re Looking For

* Previous admin or HR support experience (preferred but not essential)

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to handle confidential information professionally

* Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload

* Willingness to learn HR processes and NDIS compliance requirements

* Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
