Overview of Position
Will be responsible for leading and executing sales and marketing activities to strengthen SMC's market position and drive business growth. The role involves leading, overseeing, developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships through active engagement and service excellence. The role also will oversee contract negotiation and management, identify and develop new business opportunities, and ensure the efficient delivery of commercial and marketing initiatives. In addition, the position will maintain close coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders to support sustainable growth and achieve corporate objectives.
Key Accountabilities
¨ Overall management of sales operations including setting up overall sales goals and developing and implementing sales strategy.
¨ Direct and oversee staff and monitor their performance.
¨ Overall management of marketing operations including planning, determining and implementing appropriate marketing campaigns for long-term business success.
¨ Market and manage service and product commercial activity.
¨ Conduct market research and development activities.
¨ Develop new market and customer for service and product, oversee sales contract with customers and coordinate existing sales contract together with management.
¨ Undertake customer visits and surveys ensuring they are conducted in accordance with the annual plan and ensure resulting actions are addressed in a timely manner.
¨ Administer the commercial arrangements covered by sales contracts and agreements.
¨ Manage the sales administration processes, including raising of sales invoices, processing of cost invoices and period reporting requirements to stakeholders.
¨ Reconcile regular sales data with operations and finance departments.
¨ Assist in the preparation of the annual sales plan and cost budget.
¨ Review sales and marketing procedures and systems to ensure continuous improvement, which deliver increased accuracy, efficiency and integrity.
¨ Work closely with the logistics function to align sales forecasts with production and delivery capabilities.
¨ Oversee the analysis of sales data and demand forecasts, ensuring inventory planning supports and aligns with strategic sales targets and marketing initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
