Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate payroll data and records

* Process end-to-end payroll cycles with precision and confidentiality

* Interpret and apply complex payroll legislation and agreements correctly

* Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact employees

* Build strong working relationships across HR, Finance, and operational teams to ensure payroll processes run smoothly
">
* Deliver accurate, timely payroll services to all employees, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and professionally
">
* Provide consistent support across all trading days to align with operational team needs
">
* Process and reconcile end-to-end payroll, ensuring legislative and policy compliance
">
* Maintain accurate payroll records, reporting, and reconciliations to meet financial deadlines
">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing within a medium-to-large organisation
">
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, and modern awards/enterprise agreements
">
* High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong numerical and analytical skills
">
* Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
">
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain payroll matters clearly to non-technical audiences
">
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with HR, Finance, and operational teams
">
* A commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and continuous improvement
