The Role
Due to continued growth of our Australian business, we are expanding into a dedicated Neonatal Business Unit and are seeking an energetic and driven Neonatal Territory Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape this portfolio while making a meaningful impact in NICUs, nurseries, and birthing suites.
As Neonatal Territory Manager, you will play a central role in sales, clinical education, and in-field support for clinicians across your state and territory.
You will work closely with NICU teams, midwives, neonatologists, and other key hospital stakeholders to deliver product expertise, training, and exceptional service. Collaboration with other internal business units is essential to ensure a seamless customer experience and coordination.

Skills & Attributes
* Energetic, resilient, and persistent with a passion for neonatal care
* Adaptable, comfortable navigating clinical conversations and complex hospital environments
* Strong at relationship building, influencing, and working with diverse stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a large, geographically dispersed territory
Experience
* Ideally, clinical experience in neonatal care (NICU, special care nursery, midwifery, paediatric nursing, etc.)
* Previous medical sales or clinical education experience is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to learn complex clinical and product information
Requirements:
The role requires territory travel within your state as well as attendance at neonatal conferences.
This is a flexible role with a requirement of approx 19hrs week.
