Algorithm Tech Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated ICT Business Analyst to join our growing technology consulting and software solutions team in Adelaide, South Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business and system requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, supporting enterprise technology solutions, and assisting with the delivery of ICT projects across multiple client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
* Conduct business process mapping, workflow analysis, and system evaluations
* Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, user stories, and process models
* Analyse existing ICT systems and recommend improvements, enhancements, and automation opportunities
* Support implementation of enterprise software, reporting, and workflow solutions
* Collaborate with developers, project teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery
* Assist with system testing, change management, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
* Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making
* Participate in Agile/Scrum project environments and software development lifecycle activities
* Provide ongoing technical and business support for implemented systems and applications
Skills & Experience Required:
* Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
* Robust experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and systems documentation
* Experience with SQL, reporting tools, workflow systems, and enterprise applications
* Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and system implementation processes
* Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Employment Conditions:
* Full time permanent position
* Minimum 38 hours per week
* Salary offered in accordance with market rates and candidate experience

Pay: $95,000.04 – $115,000.00 per year
