We are seeking reliable and skilled Plant Operators to join our friendly team on a casual basis, in Oakey on the Darling Downs, South-East Queensland. A vibrant and attractive regional area perfect for work and living.

The Role Will Include:
* Manufacturing animal feed to customer specifications.
* Operating plant and equipment efficiently.
* Receiving raw materials, including weighbridge operation, forklift work, and unloading bagged materials.
* Preparing and dispatching finished products.
* Completing pre-operational safety checks.
* Assisting other team members as required.
* Participating in Workplace Health and Safety initiatives.
* Complying with all statutory requirements and company policies, including WHS, HR, Environment and Quality standards.
What You Need:
* A current forklift licence with hands-on experience is required.
* Proficiency in operating plant machinery.
* A current driver's licence.
* Basic computer skills.
* Be physically fit as the position will be labour-intensive.
* Experience in animal feed production is an advantage, but not essential.
