About the role
Based in our Sydney office, our Warehouse assistant will report to the Director & Head of Produciton to work collaboratively amongst our small team. Highly motivated with attention to detail, the successful candidate will assist across organising the warehouse, fulfilling daily orders, stock receiving and packing PR gifts. Looking for applicants with full time & casual availability.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Pack garments to a high standard to ensure exceptional customer experience.
* Process ecommerce returns on our online portal.
* Receive, unload and organise physical inventory in the studio.
* Maintain accurate inventory count with regular stock takes.
* Assist with stock control and cleanliness of the warehouse.
* Learn and understand our QC processes.
* Assist creating and packing our PR gifts to a high level of detail and presentation.
* Understand Ship-station for order dispatch
* Experience with PLM systems (Such as Indigo8)
* Customer service experience preffered
The successful applicant must have:
* A high level of enthusiasm and energy.
* Highly organised and takes initiative.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Customer service experience.
* Warehouse packing skills highly regarded but not essential.
