Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative HR Operations Advisor to join our team on an initial 6-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of our Graduate Programme, ensuring the smooth operational flow of Associates.
The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce management, HR admin, or HR operational support, with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. They will be proficient in administrative tasks, such as time sheet and leave management, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day activities of Associates, including administrative tasks, training follow-up, and general well-being.
* Be the primary contact for Associates on client sites and conduct weekly check-ins to address queries.
* Track and support Associate training and development, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
