You will help lead, mentor and build the team while ensuring a seamless patient experience and maintaining the highest standard Aesthetik is known for. This is a hands-on leadership role which will include leading clinical operations and patient consultations; your knowledge will help patients take the next step in the smile journey.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and care for new and existing patients.
- Lead clinical operations and patient consultations to support the patient journey.
- Coordinate with dentists and clinicians to ensure treatment plans are accurate and well-communicated.
- Contribute to achieving clinic goals and support Directors with practice performance targets.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of a bespoke boutique dental practice.
- Champion a positive, professional, and fun team culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in People Management, Customer Service, and/or Sales.
- Background in dental, beauty, or allied health is preferred, though not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and stay proactive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine love for helping others.
- Ability to present treatment options to patients in a clear and professional way.
- Experience coordinating with clinicians to ensure accurate and well-communicated treatment plans.
- Ability to build a positive patient/practice relationship.
