Here at 360 Health Management, we are a regional disability support provider based in Shepparton, with offices in Seymour, Bendigo, and Swan Hill. The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to manage and optimise our finance department. You will oversee the financial operations of our organisation and be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to develop financial strategies and ensure the financial health of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and monitor all day-to-day financial operations including payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and other transactions in line with requirements.
* Develop, implement, and monitor the organisation's financial systems, procedures, and internal controls.
* Prepare and develop monthly/quarterly financial reports.
* Set and manage budgets, review against actual expenditure, and produce monthly accounts (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow), including analysis of variances.
* Provide detailed analysis of income and expenditure to offer performance insights.
* Review financial scheduling and processes, recommending and implementing improvements for efficiency.
* Manage debtors effectively.
* Ensure effective cash flow management, including cash flow budgeting, full-year forecasting, and bank reconciliations.
* Ensure that NDIS funding relevant to each participant's plan is claimed according to the NDIS price guide and internal guidelines.
* Foster and develop financial risk management strategies.
Qualifications:
* Degree qualified in commerce, business, or accounting.
* Demonstrated experience in finance or accounting.
* Experience in preparing monthly reports.
* Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Xero and MS Excel.
* Knowledge of the NDIS and relevant disability legislation is highly desirable.
