We are dedicated to creating an unparalleled hospitality experience for our associates, residents, and clients.The Lead Concierge/Supervisor will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of concierge ambassadors, acting as the primary liaison between the property manager and the concierge team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our residents, guests, and prospects. 
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable experiences.Key Responsibilities:Act as the face of the property, leading by exampleFacilitate communication between the property manager and the concierge teamExceed expectations by providing anticipatory service and smooth accommodationsAddress resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionallyConduct weekly meetings with the property manager to identify areas for improvementManage team schedules and oversee weekly payrollHold monthly staff meetings and conduct one-on-one meetings with each associate to set performance goalsImplement and enforce accountability measures, disciplinary action, and performance coachingDevelop and implement new SOPs to continually improve concierge operationsFoster a positive work culture and environmentEnforce uniform and grooming standardsParticipate in monthly regional director callsPosition RequirementsA passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitalityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving and leadership abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentialityA sense of pride and ownership in the position and propertyAbility to respond quickly and genuinely to residents' and guests' requestsAt least five years of hospitality experienceExceptional interpersonal skills and guest service abilitiesOrganized, proactive, productive, and self-motivated with a positive attitudeAbility to maintain a neat and professional appearanceAbility to think clearly and make concise decisions under pressureSecondary ResponsibilitiesBuild rapport and relationships with residentsLog resident packages accurately, ensure timely delivery, and conduct package inventory auditsMonitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and securityAssist in scheduling and completing amenities' requestsEscort individuals as necessaryWalk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being metPerform all other duties as assigned by the property manager or per property SOP'sFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidaysExperience RequirementsLeadership and supervisory skills and experienceTraining and development experienceExceptionally enthusiastic and positive individual2 years' experience in Hospitality, Multifamily or Upscale Hotel2 years' experience in a busy luxury retail environmentMust have experience delivering exceptional serviceStratton Amenities is an equal opportunity employer.
