Duties and Responsibilities
* Validate data into the service database with great speed & accuracy
* Ensure and verify the data before it is entered & processed
* Respond to the customers enquiries in a timely manner
* Assist with scheduling meetings and minute taking
* Perform duties such as taking samples and evaluating
* Maintain records files are updated
* Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail
* High school diploma required
* Good computer knowledge and skills
* Must have 1+ years data entry experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join us as a Data Entry Assistant Assessor. You will be primarily responsible for keeping the company database up-to-date. Moreover, you should be able to gather required documents from clients and verify their authenticity. Data Entry Assistant can come from all various backgrounds including: data entry clerk, telemarketing, customer support, Customer Service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, receptionist, call facility, part-time, retail, Warehouse or customer service representative.
