You will also be an Executive lead for the hospital’s incident and disaster management function, ensuring alignment with the broader disaster management framework of the Hospital and Health Service, and contribute as a collaborative member of the Robina Hospital Executive Team.
The role further involves driving education, professional development and research activity, as well as leading workforce planning, succession management and cultural transformation.
