About This Opportunity
Our Biloela store is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader to join and help lead the store's bakery department. Reporting directly to the Bakery Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and more.
Responsibilities
Manage a small team within the bakery department
Create rosters and manage staffing for shifts
Generate orders and monitor stock levels
Conduct stock takes and control costs
Demonstrate a hands-on approach and commitment to customer service
Qualifications
Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential
Ability to lead and manage a team
Ability to order and control costs
Understanding of gross profit calculations
Accurate team rostering
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with team members and management
Merchandising flair
Strong leadership and delegation skills
Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams
Commitment to work health and safety standards
