Warehouse Management Specialist
This key operational role is part of a fast-paced team in a facility where freshness, accuracy and teamwork matter every day.
As a Warehouse Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inbound deliveries, receipting and accurate stock control through our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
* Unload and check all inbound stock accurately and efficiently
* Maintain correct stock locations and FIFO rotation within the freezer and chiller
* Conduct regular stock counts, cycle checks and investigate discrepancies
* Manage stock data integrity within NetSuite / WMS systems
* Liaise with Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics teams to resolve issues and maintain stock accuracy
* Support supplier returns, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
* Promote a safe, tidy and compliant work environment including HACCP and WHS standards
Responsibilities:
* Operate warehouse management software with precision
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for supply chain optimisation
* Implement inventory controls to prevent loss or damage
