Maintain and manage project-level registers for risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, lessons learned, and decisions.

Proactively facilitate the resolution of escalated project risks and issues.

Ensure work packages are endorsed by, and transparent to, the Project Board.

Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, stage plans, and delivery schedules.

Lead and manage project teams, fostering engagement, motivation, and accountability.

Oversee project resource allocation, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.

Provide regular progress updates via Project Status Reports (PSRs) and monthly Project Board Packs.

Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations for the Senior Executive as required.

Facilitate and lead meetings and presentations to a professional standard.

About You

Over five years' experience delivering projects of comparable scale and complexity, ideally within a government technology environment.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a governance-heavy environment.

Tertiary qualifications or recognised industry certifications (e.g., PRINCE2) in project management or a related field.

Proven capability in resource management, problem-solving, and end-to-end project delivery.

Skilled in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.

Confident communicator with excellent organisational and documentation skills.

Comfortable working part-time onsite in a collaborative team environment.

If you are a driven and detail-focused Project Manager seeking a part-time opportunity in Perth where your leadership and organisation skills will have real impact, we would love to hear from you.
