Front Office Administrator Opportunity
This exciting role is an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide prompt and friendly customer service when taking bookings, during check-in or check-out, and addressing guest requests or complaints.
* Use the Newbook reservation system to process all reservations.
* Maintain accurate guest accounts.
* Perform routine front office duties.
* Communicate and coordinate with various departments such as grounds, housekeeping, and cafe.
We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can deliver exceptional customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
* A natural ability and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Experience within a front office environment is preferred.
* Computer and Microsoft Office experience.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* A down-to-earth team player with a high level of initiative.
* Loves a challenge and can work in a high-pressure environment with proven ability to balance customer service and completing set tasks.
* Flexibility & Reliability are must-haves.
* Driver's Licence.
* Ability to work unsupervised.
