This is an opportunity to join a high-performing operations team focused on managing and remediating member-related incidents in compliance with Fund policies and SIS regulations. Duration: 6 months Location: Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option is available). Key Responsibilities: Active management of a portfolio of member operations incidents. Complete timely remediation of incidents. Create and maintain incident records. Oversight of business incidents and breaches managed at third parties. Oversight and approval of remediation and rectification activities in accordance with Fund policies and practices. Develop and oversee communications to impacted members or businesses on incident and remediation outcomes. Hold third parties accountable to agreed plan and deliverables through active oversight and timely escalations. Decision Registers and delegated authorities. Ensure relevant legislative and organisational requirements are met. Essential Experience & Skills: Proven experience in incident and remediation management, preferably within superannuation. Deep understanding of superannuation operations, including regulatory and compliance frameworks. Sound knowledge of SIS Act and SIS Regulations.
