ACM is currently seeking a dedicated Casework Support Worker for a 15-week contract role.
This position offers a hybrid model, allowing you to work both from the office located in Western Sydney and home (subject to potential changes in the future).
In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in assisting Caseworkers to provide care and improve the life experiences of vulnerable children, young people, and families.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting case planning and documentation Managing referrals and scheduling appointments Assisting with case visits and handling day-to-day team priorities Providing a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, and coordinating meetings/events Gathering and compiling information for documentation and correspondence to support decision-making Completing routine financial transactions and purchasing services in line with agency standards Responding to enquiries, escalating, and redirecting issues as required Updating and maintaining records and databases to ensure accurate information storage and accessibility What You'll Need to Succeed: National Criminal History Check NSW Working with Children Check ChildStory Reporter Two recent references (from a manager or supervisor) This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the important work of the Casework Team, supporting vulnerable individuals and creating positive change in their lives.
