Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Content Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on system configuration, reporting, usability, and upgrade/patch pathways for our Change Management and Content Management systems.
* Provide subject matter expertise on integrations and components such as SharePoint, Office Online, OneDrive, and document store design.
* Collaborate closely with ICT teams to ensure system performance, security compliance, and alignment with ICT standards.
* Champion ICT and ITIL best practices in all areas of system support, maintenance, and service delivery.
* Engage with business units to design and implement effective user interfaces tailored to operational needs.
* Lead change management activities including the development of communication materials and change plans.
* Act as a central liaison, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among stakeholders and users.
* Serve as the escalation point for all technical concerns relating to Content Manager.
* Perform capacity management and proactively monitor system performance.
* Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to key users to ensure confident system use and sustainability.
Required Skills And Experience:
* Solid experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), ideally in a technical capacity.
* Demonstrated expertise in Content Manager (TRIM is preferable).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* High-level analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to assess risks and solve complex problems.
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, building effective relationships across teams.
Desirable Qualifications:
* ITIL Certification (minimum v3) or equivalent experience in an ITIL-based environment (minimum 3 years).
* Previous experience working within government or large public sector organisations.
