Overview
We are looking for an Experienced Leader in the Early Childhood space to join our soon-to-opened Aspire Butler service as our service's first Educational Leader. You will work closely alongside a passionate and growing team of educators and teachers championing best practice and empower your team to strive for excellence to provide a high-quality educational program.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities
As the Head of Curriculum, you will be the educational leader for the service and you will be responsible for role modelling, coaching, and mentoring the Centre team to strive for and achieve best practice in developing and delivering high-quality educational program.

About you
* Bachelors will be highly regarded but not necessary.
* Prior experience in an Educational Leader with the ability to inspire, coach and mentor other educators and teachers to implement a high-quality program.
* The ability to lead & motivate a large team
* Ability to build positive relationships with children, families & employees
* Knowledge and understanding of Children\'s Services Regulations and National Quality Standards
* A current VIT registration, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate
