AustCorp Executive is partnering with an established, Australian-owned building services engineering consultancy entering a genuine phase of growth. You'll join a multi-discipline environment delivering practical, coordinated designs for a strong pipeline of projects across commercial, refurbishment/fit-out, multistorey-residential, hospitality and industrial building environments.
The Role
* Lead electrical building services design delivery from concept through to documentation and construction support.
* Coordinate with other disciplines and external stakeholders to produce buildable, compliant outcomes.
* Own client relationships, lead meetings, provide trusted advice, manage expectations and delivery timelines.
* Guide/mentor junior engineers and support the uplift of standards, QA and consistency across the team.
* Contribute to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
* 3 – 8 years proven experience delivering Australian electrical building services projects (commercial, fit‐out/refurb, residential and/or industrial building projects).
* Confident client and stakeholder engagement.
* Design/delivery tools exposure such as AutoCAD and/or BIM/Revit.
