What will you be doing?
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and specifications
- Performing MIG welding and fabrication of steel components
- Operating workshop machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards
- Working collaboratively with other team members to meet production schedules
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
What do you need?
- Relevant welding/fabrication trade experience (structural steel experience highly regarded)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-conscious attitude and ability to follow processes and procedures
- Forklift Licence desirable (or willingness to obtain)
