Base pay range
A$75,******/yr – A$95,******/yr
Role & Duties
End-to-end styled property management of a premium residential portfolio
Support with PCRs and ad hoc duties
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance
Conduct routine and final bond inspections
Leasing and lease administration (assistance with processing applications)
Ensure a high standard of service is consistently delivered
About You
Ideal for an experienced property manager with a deep understanding of the western suburbs market.
You're organised, proactive, and skilled at nurturing client relationships – ready to take on a premium portfolio.
Requirements
A current Property Management Registration (WA)
Minimum 2 years experience
Valid WA driver's licence
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to delegate and manage tasks effectively
Initiative, drive & passion for the industry
