Roles and Responsibilities
* Attend to the maintenance and installation needs of customers.
* Work autonomously with a customer-service focus and prioritisation based on WHS considerations.
* Coordinate with the centralized base that handles sales, quotations, service and bookings so you can concentrate on customer work.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Current Tradesperson's Certificate.
* Current Driver's Licence.
* Enjoys working with people and delivering quality customer service.
* Good communication skills.
* Commitment to follow the Level Plumbing customer service model.
Desirable / Experience
* Experience in a similar role as a Plumber or licensed Tradesperson.
* Interest in a long-term role with potential for advancement or retirement.
