Embedded Mental Health Clinician
Monash Health is a leading provider of healthcare services in Victoria, with over 25,500 employees across 40 locations. As an Embedded AOD Clinician, you will work with our team to provide high-quality mental health care to clients experiencing substance-related harm and co-morbid substance use.
The role involves implementing therapeutic interventions, such as evidence-based treatment and onward referral, to improve mental and physical health and connect people to their community.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance the capacity of our staff to work with residents with co-morbid substance use and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board via AHPRA or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) accredited Bachelor Degree or entry level Master's Degree of Social Work
* Demonstrated experience in acute mental health and substance use treatment
* Current Victorian Drivers Licence
