We currently have three exciting opportunities to join us as Business Support Officers within our Maritime Sustainment line of business based at our Rockingham office in WA. The Business Support Officers are responsible for providing support to the Project and Production teams in the planning and coordination stage of a project though to close out. The added bonus is that these roles are open to job share and part time! The flexible options are endless!

**Your new role**:
The Business Support Officers sit in the Maritime Sustainment Line of Business embedded in the WAMA (Warship Asset Management Agreement) Alliance team. This team provides total asset management of the Anzac Class frigates through to the end of their life. In more specific terms you will:
- Maintain and upload data within AMPS7 (Australian Defence Force's Asset Maintenance and Planning System) including troubleshooting and escalation for support as required. Full training will be provided.
- Raise new tasks or modify existing tasks in AMPS7 to support new or emergent work
- Liaise with Platform, Combat and Delivery Groups (key stakeholders) for the integration of new and emergent work into the Main Work List
- Support task and platform certification requirements including but not limited to task close-out Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) and reports
- Recommend changes and updates to policies and procedures relevant to the role
About you
**As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you'll**:
- Hold current Baseline Security Clearance (or higher)
- Have a strong software understanding; previous exposure to the Australian Defence Force's Asset Maintenance and Planning System (AMPS7) or similar planning and asset management software and systems is desirable however, on the job training will be provided
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining delivery to a high standard including strong attention to detail
- Ability to deliver against customer and business requirements, with appropriate stakeholder management
- Strong computer literacy and skill
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously to achieve desired results
As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and maintain appropriate clearance.
