Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Troocoo's marketing team. As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you'll lead initiatives across multiple divisions, shape the way we connect with clients and candidates and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will:
Responsibilities
* Act as the marketing lead for several divisions within the business, managing and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned to divisional objectives.
* Plan and deliver external events, including networking functions and client activations.
* Deliver compelling marketing collateral and client-facing materials that elevate Troocoo's brand, including proposals, reports and social graphics.
* Contribute to our social media strategy, ensuring regular and engaging content.
* Oversee and enhance our national merchandise strategy, including maintaining stock, improving processes and updating our products.
* Identify new marketing opportunities and make recommendations to strengthen Troocoo's market position.
About you
You're a proactive, organised, and solutions-focused marketer who's confident working in a fast-paced, professional services environment, balancing attention to detail with a strong grasp of how marketing drives commercial outcomes.
This role will suit an ambitious marketer ready to take the next step, with scope to grow your expertise in a collaborative and high-performing team.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring
* 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within recruitment, professional services, or similar.
* Proven experience in campaign execution, event coordination and content writing.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
* Strong project management capability and attention to detail.
* A confident, clear writing style and an eye for brand consistency.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals.
* A strategic, commercially minded approach to marketing that delivers results.
* A track record of delivering high-quality, professional work
