Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a great opportunity to work within an established team to develop your career in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

*The Role & Key Responsibilities*
* Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities and make approaches.
* Manage and grow a pipeline of potential leads and sales prospects.
* Build and foster strong relationships with potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
* Develop and present persuasive proposals and presentations to secure new business.
* Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective strategies for growth.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
